JOHNNY
GARDHOUSE - Who?
For the past 15 years, Johnny Gardhouse
has been a touring stand-up comic, making him a true road
warrior. From coast to coast, across Canada, the U.S. and
all the way to the other side of the planet, Johnny has
played colleges, universities, nightclubs & hosted numerous
corporate events.
However, you’ve probably never heard of him. That suits him
just fine, because once you’ve seen Johnny, you will never
forget him.
He is quick on his feet and never at a loss for words. His
razor sharp comebacks and unique blend of current events and
storytelling make this Canadian able to hold his own on the
world stage.
“Hey, he kinda looks familiar?” Well that’s because Johnny
can be seen in countless television commercials that air
across North America.
From his turn as the “Cash for Life” postman, to the
boomerang ducking guy in the Sensodine Toothpaste ad, he has
been invading your living room for over a decade.
Some may also recognize Johnny from the Blockheads, the
Toronto comedy troupe that fooled talk show host Jerry
Springer, changing daytime TV forever.
For insomniacs and the unemployed he is most recognizable as
co-host on the Comedy Network’s hit series “Gutter Ball
Alley”, where pushing the envelope of dignity was their
mandate.
Johnny Gardhouse, bringing you the ha, ha since 1992.
Jon
Steinberg
Jon Steinberg gets his material from his
unique and twisted view of the world. He has been nominated
for several awards including a Canadian Comedy Award for
best new comic in 2005. Performing since 1999, this dark
young mind has appeared on The Comedy Network and XM
Satellite Radio. With a truly original and genuine voice,
Jon has built a following across Canada, blowing minds and
pushing boundaries wherever he performs. Jon recorded a
Comedy Now special for CTV and the Comedy Network in the
fall of 2007. Be sure to do yourself a favor and see this
brilliant young comic when he comes your way.
Chris
Quigley
Chris Quigley has been wowing comedy
audiences since he was just 19 years old. Now 33, he has
mastered his craft, making Chris one of Canada’s top
comedians and earning him an hour special on CTV’s well
known “Comedy Now”. Covering a wide range of topics with
facial expressions that are second to none, Chris is sure to
please audiences both young and old.
He happily tears up the mythologies of life, liberty and the
pursuit of happiness with superb ease and accuracy. He is an
energetic comedic force and a "kamikaze" humourist.
He's a favourite at Yuk Yuk’s clubs, colleges and festivals
across the country. If you’re a fan of comedy with little to
no vulgarity, this is one comedian you do not want to miss!
"I've been doing Comedy for many years now, and mark my
words this guy is going to be a super star"
Ben Guyatt – Host of Comedy at Club 54
Old fashioned in a juvenile way, Chris Quigley hits you from
the side of the head with warped concepts, a bold and daring
presence, and a 51-card character. This Oakville native has
great "outsider" instincts about this fine country, Canada.
"The Quigster's a real live weirdo and has the dramatic
deftness to turn stupidity into revelation." - Daryl Jung,

Praise for Chris from a past client:
Hi Derek and all at Yuk Yuk’s
Our hockey group really enjoyed Chris Quigley's comedy last
evening. For many of the people in the audience this was the
first time watching his performance. Needless to say he gave
everyone many, many laughs throughout the performance and
there was great discussion on how funny he was after the
show. We all agreed that somewhere in California or New York
there is a sitcom with his name on it. Please thank him for
us. It was a pleasure laughing so hard. Thanks again.
