beloved pet behind when traveling and our pet friendly accommodations welcome
your canine family. .
Ideally situated in the Blue Mountains we are perfectly situated for those early morning walks with Fido.
Our Chalets are located just minutes to downtown Collingwood where you can
find all of your pet supplies and pet services. To plan a successful trip with your pet please notify
reservations that you are bringing your pet prior to arrival (e.g. book in
advance) as we have only a limited number of pet-designated rooms available.
Blue Mountain Chalets offers family and couples getaways that include your pet because your pet is part of your family.

Your pets are also our guests and we ask upon check in that you register
your pet with our front desk.
Our CommonSense
Pet Policy: Our pet friendly hotel service limits a maximum of two pets to a
room. We carry no restriction on the size of pet. There is no pet charge. Dogs must be on
a leash and under control whenever you transfer them to and from your chalet. You are responsible for any and
all damages your pet may cause, and the associated repairs. You must take
all reasonable measures to ensure that your pet(s) does not disturb other
guests. You are responsible for any compensation the hotel will have to make
to other guests as a result of noise complaints originating from your room.
Our housekeeping staff will not clean your room while your pet is in
attendance. Please contact the Front Desk to schedule a time when you and
your pet(s) will be out of the room. Should your pet(s) not be under control, you will be
asked to remove your pet(s) from the property. Failure to comply may result
in your eviction, without refund.
