This five bedroom chalet is nestled on a wooded lot, a
few moments away from the South Base of Blue Mountain.
It's perfect for a weekend or a week, a month or a
season. |
This is
truly a ski chalet. The ambiance of a large floor to
ceiling fireplace in the centre of the living room is
one that can't be matched. Imagine the view out the
large picture window you have with a roaring fire and
snow gently falling all around you. This chalet has
all the modern conveniences of home, and the rustic
character of a cabin. There is a large foyer for all
your equipment coming into the chalet and a great
mudroom. The kitchen has a fridge, stove, microwave,
coffee maker, dishes and eating utensils. There is a
one very large entertaining area where everyone can
enjoy apres skiing together in front of the fireplace.
A chesterfield in front of the fireplace can be used
to relax and watch the flames dance in front of you.
Or you can open the entertainment unit against the
wall, and watch your own satellite-based TV/VCR
system. This chalet is equipped with Bell Expressview
Satellite TV. It carries a 12 pack of themes, giving
you over 300 TV channels. So if the weather gets you
under the weather, or you just want to relax in front
of the TV there is always something on for everyone.
There is a walk out to the large wooded deck from the
living room. There is a deck both at the front and
back of the chalet.
Of course all our chalets come with propane barbeques.
There are five bedrooms. You can comfortably sleep
twelve people in this chalet.
There are two modern bathrooms that have been recently
redone. This chalet although close to Blue Mountain,
offers picturesque seclusion and privacy for either a
romantic getaway or family get-together.
Location
This chalet is located a few seconds from the South
Base of Blue Mountain. 102 Patricia is located one
street before the turn to South Base and the Scenic
Caves Road. The turn in on the left handside, and has
a sign Patricia and Claire Glen streets. If you turn
up the Scenic cave road, Patricia may also be accessed
by a quick left at the base of the tube rides. |
